How To Control Your Cholesterol

It is known by everyone that high cholesterol level can cause a dramatic heart attack . According to datas ,Unfortunately one quarter of people having heart attack lose their lifes despite of successful progress in treatment.At this point,taking control on your cholesterol becomes very important.

Before all, we need to mention what are the reasons of high cholesterol level. Here are most important causes of high cholesterol :

*Family history of high cholesterol

*Obesity

*Alcohol

*Sedentary lifestyle

*Eating habits

*Smoking

Experts suggest people whose cholesterol level is high do some changes in their lifestyle.Experts say that you can get your cholesterol back to normal by :

  • Doing plenty of exercise (check with your doctor)
  • Eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, oats, good quality fats
  • Avoiding foods with saturated fats
  • Getting plenty of sleep (8 hours each night)
  • Bringing your bodyweight back to normal
  • Avoiding alcohol
  • Stopping smoking

after doing all of these ,it is highly suggested that you ask for professional help if your cholesterol level is still high .
