Try AFace-Toning Massage At Home

1. Sit with shoulders and neck relaxed. Look ahead and open your mouth as wide as you can. Start to move your lips, as if you were chewing the cud. Roll lips over your teeth as often as you can; involve your neck and jaw muscles in the movement. Continue for one minute.

2. Place the fingers of both hands on your forehead. Bend your head slightly to avoid pressure on your neck, and rest your forearms on your chest. Using all your finger pads, start to tap all over your forehead. Continue for one minute. Keep your fingers straight in order to create a dynamic movement.

3. Move to your temples and, using very light pressure, tap them for 15 seconds. Then tap gently around your eyes, from outer to inner corners. Repeat three times. Tap along cheekbones, starting on either side of your nose and moving to your temples. Repeat three times.

4. Tap along jawline (see picture), starting on the corners of your jaw and moving to the middle. Continue for one minute. Finish by tapping all over your face for 30 seconds, gradually slowing, then hold your face gently in your hands and breathe in and out three times. Add this routine to your daily skincare regime.
