Banana Mask For Skin Care


The fact that the banana perfectly satisfies the appetite and elevates mood, he knows, probably everyone. These he owes a special substance that acts on us as a light anti-depressants. But not everyone knows what a great tool for home skin care.

Banana Mask for normal, dry and withering skin
 1. Banana, 1 teaspoon of honey.
Mix the banana with liquid honey and apply on face for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with a mixture of warm water. Banana-honey mask is recommended for normal to dry skin.

Be careful (especially if you have sensitive skin): the honey fairly often allergies.
2. Banana, egg yolk, 1 teaspoon low-fat sour cream.
By the mashed banana, add egg yolk and cream. Premix apply on face for 15-20 minutes. and rinse it with warm voloy. This mask is ideal for dry aging skin. It can be done 2-3 times per week (full course should include about 20 procedures).


Banana Mask for oily skin
1. Banana, 1 tsp lemon juice.
Stir the banana pulp with lemon juice. Apply on face for 15-20 minutes. and rinse with warm water.

Recommended rate of 20 masks, provided that you do them at least every other day. This mask will gently bleach the skin pores to narrow and eliminate shine.
2. Half a banana, 1 tsp honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, capsule of vitamin A.

Mash half a banana with a fork, mix with honey and lemon juice, cut a capsule of vitamin A. Apply the mask for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water, better decoction of herbs (calendula, sage) and apply nourishing cream. This mask perfectly purifies pores and revitalizes skin.
